On April 22, a workshop was held at the Ufa Multidisciplinary Vocational College as part of the Year of Bashkir History for representatives of the Kurultai Bashkirs of the regions and cities of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This year, the Executive Committee of the World Kurultai (Congress) of the Bashkirs, together with the Bashkir Wikipedia, is implementing the wiki project "Year of the History of the Bashkirs." This is a kind of Wikimarathon of the year, the purpose of which is to attract new editors from among public national organizations of districts, cities to the work of Wikis, to increase the quality of Bashkir-language information on the Internet. The workshop was attended by more than 60 representatives from local Kurultai, including bibliothecs, district and city information and analysis departments, teachers. Experienced volunteers [[User:ZUFAr|Zufar Salikhov]], [[User:Аҡҡашҡа|Minsulu Abdullina]] and Zaitun[[User:З. NigamatianovӘЙЛЕ|Zaituna Nigamatianova]] held a practical lesson for several hours, answered questions. During the workshop, more than a dozen new participants registered with Bashkir Wikipedia.
